Privacy policy

2. Website delivery and hosting

Delivering and securing this website may involve processing technical connection data, including IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and referrer. Where necessary for secure operation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The public Azure edition uses Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps in West Europe. Provider: Microsoft, with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Hosting agreements and operational log retention must be finalized for the public launch.

The separate private design preview uses OpenAI Sites with ChatGPT sign-in and Cloudflare infrastructure. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for that preview. The website does not receive your ChatGPT password.

3. Browser preferences

The previous project order is stored for the current browser session to avoid repeating the same order on reload. This setting is not sent to analytics providers. If you make an analytics choice, that choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. The overview works even when browser storage is unavailable.

4. Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are currently disabled. Their scripts are not loaded. If enabled later, the configured services load only after you select “Allow analytics” in Cookie settings. The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.

Google Analytics 4 can measure page views, interactions and device/browser information and may store browser identifiers. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This integration does not grant advertising storage, advertising personalization or Google Signals. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity can measure clicks and scrolling and create heatmaps and session recordings. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. After consent, this integration grants analytics storage only; advertising storage remains denied.

Enabled services may process data outside the EEA. The specific transfer safeguards, provider agreements and retention periods must be verified and documented here before activation. No analytics project identifiers from another website are reused.

5. Changing or withdrawing consent

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to review or change your choice. “Essential only” rejects optional analytics. Withdrawal applies to future processing. If provider code was already loaded, the page reloads to remove it, and locally accessible analytics cookies are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before it.

6. External links and LinkedIn

The name and LinkedIn links open a LinkedIn profile. No LinkedIn content is embedded. A connection to an external website is made when you open its link; that website's privacy policy then applies.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for future processing. The controller's contact email will be added above.
